My current position was created 4 years ago with the intention of integrating employee training with performance management. I work from within the Human Resources Division to coordinate training provided by in-house and external experts and integrate that training with our performance appraisal processes. Previous to my current position I was a Branch Supervisor at FVRL’s Woodland branch. I began working in libraries in 1994.
