Tamara has worked in libraries for almost 20 years. She has held paraprofessional and professional positions of various types (circulation, information literacy, reference, rural outreach, systems & technology) in both public and academic libraries. Currently she coordinates Answerland, the statewide virtual reference service, and chairs the OLA Reference Round Table (RRT).
