Philip Vue oversees the Clark Library’s digital collections and institutional Repository Pilotscholars. Prior to his role at University of Portland, he served as the Digital Services Librarian and Building Manager at the Oregon State University Libraries & Press. Among other things, he continues to learn about his native Hmong culture, enjoys fishing the rivers of the Pacific Northwest, and is a photographer at heart.
