Susan Stone has been a school librarian in Portland Public Schools for 15 years and currently serves as the district’s Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) for Library Services. She chaired the committee that wrote the Oregon School Library Standards in 2010 and helped facilitate the process to get them adopted by the Oregon Department of Education in 2015. She is a current member of the committee writing Learning Goals for those Library Standards.
